Polytech Alumni's engineering department is pleased to present this webinar on gender discrimination in the workplace.

Katty Jorge-Maia, a lawyer by training, is in charge of the fight against violence against women, gender equality and discrimination for the town of Corbeil-Essonnes. On June 23, 2022, she set up the 1st observatory on violence against women in Essonne. This innovative partnership initiative combines support for victims, training for professionals and public awareness-raising.

She will talk about gender discrimination in the workplace, how to identify it and what measures to take.

This webinar is aimed at women, men and non-binary people alike.
