On October 6, 2024, Polytech Alumni teams and local associations of graduates from schools in the Polytech network met at Polytech Nancy, with the support of the Polytech Nancy Engineers Association.

At the Polytech Alumni Annual General Meeting, a number of important topics were addressed with dynamism and commitment.

Among the key topics of discussion were increased collaboration between local associations and the pooling of structures. The idea of strengthening synergies between alumni associations to maximize available resources and raise the network's profile was discussed at length.

The issue of job offers was also at the heart of discussions, with the aim of simplifying their integration and making the process more fluid for alumni. Innovative initiatives such as the creation of a career center and the development of a job board were welcomed, offering opportunities for graduates and partner companies alike.

The moral and financial report for the 2023-2024 term of office highlighted some excellent progress, particularly in the deployment of the PN network(Polytech Network). Polytech Alumni's actions in the fields of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, health and disability, and IngénieurEs have been particularly successful during this term. In addition, the integration of the platform within the schools is well underway, and the mobilization around communication and events is constant. One challenge remains, however: recruiting more volunteers to strengthen local and national actions.

Finally, a highlight of the meeting was the unanimous adhesion of the Association des Ingénieurs de Polytech Dijon to the network, reinforcing the cohesion and inclusiveness of the association. The AGM closed on an optimistic note with the election of the new board and the announcement of the next steps for the growth of the Polytech Alumni network.
