"It is always with the same joy and pleasure that I have the honor, on behalf of those who have gone before you - like me, for example, 25 years ago, when most of you were not even born - to congratulate you and welcome you to the Polytech Tours alumni network".

These were the opening words of Jacky Chartier, President of AIPT, Polytech Tours Alumni and Engineers, as he spoke at the Graduation Ceremony for the Polytech Tours Class of 2024.

On Saturday February 8, 2025, in the auditorium of the Espace Malraux in Joué les Tours, the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2024, sponsored by Guillaume Rochette, took place.

After an introduction by Patrick Martineau, Director of Polytech Tours, a video message from Emmanuel Perrin,Coordinator of the Polytech Network, and a speech by Philippe Roingeard, President of the University of Tours, it was time for the Sponsor of the Class of 2024, Guillaume Rochette, Managing Director of Ubicité. With 23 years' experience in IT and IT services, Guillaume Rochette is an accomplished professional whose career has been marked by entrepreneurial success. He took the opportunity to share his experience and give some advice to the graduates.

Before 2 students from each specialization were honored, and then all the graduates present received their diplomas, Jacky Chartier, President of the AIPT (Alumni and Engineers of Polytech Tours), reminded the graduates that the Graduation Ceremony is just one stage in their lives, and that it only confirms their membership of the Polytech family. In a speech, illustrated with anecdotes and messages addressed to the families and then to the graduates themselves, he reminded them that this ceremony is only a stage and not the end of their relationship and attachment to Polytech Tours.

"You are more than ever members of the Polytech family, your second family [...]. You can be proud of how far you've come, you've grown up, you've come of age! Learn to keep in touch, by checking that your contact details are up to date on the platform of the 100,000 graduates of the Polytech network, Polytech Network, remember to support your alumni association financially so that we can make ourselves better known to everyone, keep your thirst for learning and I mean learning, and above all, have fun in what you do with the pride of being, this day, a Polytech engineer! "

With these words, Jacky Chartier, President of AIPT, the alumni and engineers of Polytech Tours, ended his speech.
