Week-End Retrouvaille 2025 ISIN/ESSTIN/Polytech Nancy

Organised by "Graduates of Polytech Nancy"

Dear ISIN, ESSTIN or Polytech Nancy engineers,

We're delighted to invite you to join us for a weekend of fun, sharing and exploration in the beautiful city of Strasbourg.This reunion weekend is organized by the Association des Ingénieurs de Polytech Nancy (AIPN) and promises to be a great opportunity to renew old friendships, reminisce about old times and make new memories.

The weekend begins on Saturday 07/06/2025 in the late morning, when we'll meet at the Hôtel EtC. We'll then head off for lunch at the Brasserie Meteor, where we'll take some time out for a workshop on the School's strategy, which asks graduate engineers for their views on the School's vision for 2030. We'll then take a tour of Strasbourg.


For the evening, we'll be heading to the legendary Royal Palace - Cabaret in Kirrwiller with a program featuring :

  • 3-course show meal: pleasure or vegetarian menu with crémant included, of course!
  • Cabaret show : Les Déesses : 43 artists including 8 international acts;
  • For the more adventurous, the evening continues in the cabaret's lounge club;
  • Return to Strasbourg.

Sunday: breakfast at the hotel and day at leisure.


For this week-end, the AIPN proposes the following rates per participant:

Contributors in shared room: 175€
Contributors in single room: 190€
Non-contributors in shared room: 220€
Non-contributors in single room:235€

To be able to welcome more participants, we have decided to favor people who agree to share their room: this "double room" rate will therefore be applicable to couples and to people who agree to share their room with a friend.Granted, it's not great, but it will allow us to be more numerous!

For the same reason, there's only one rule: "First come, first served"!

We think this reunion weekend is the ideal opportunity to renew old friendships, meet new ones and discover Beaune's hidden gems together.We hope you'll join us for this exciting adventure, and we look forward to seeing you there.
